To ensure that you receive the most comprehensive personal care possible, the doctors have established these practices:

• Comprehensive history on first visit - to evaluate all the factors which may impact a patient's medical condition, we take a thorough medical history during your initial appointment.
• Transferal of records - to further study your case we may request your permission to get past records from your referring physician.
• Telephone consultations - if you have questions about your medication or treatment, we encourage you to call our office. The staff will consult with your doctor and call you back with an answer. There is no charge for these consultations.
• Fast service - we understand that waiting for surgery is difficult. Most surgeries can be performed within 3 to 5 days.
• Payments and insurance filings - we participate in most insurance plans in the Roaring Fork Valley. We will be happy to file your forms for you, and we request that payment for your portion of services be made at the time of your visit. For your convenience, we accept cash, check, and most major credit cards.
• Patient confidentiality - your medical record is private. We will not release information to anyone without your permission, except as required by the law.
• 24-hour care - Doctors Yajko,  Ross and Nichol may be reached via pager 24 hours a day. Simply call the office number 970-945-6533, and a recording will tell you which doctor is on call and how to reach him.
• Emergency on-call - we hope you never have an emergency. However, if you do, it's good to know that Dr. Yajko,  Ross or Nichol will be available for you.
